• £35.00 for first assessment (45 mins)
• £25.00 for follow up session (30 mins)

Hydrotherapy

One to one exercise programme in our heated pool.

Introductory Charges

• £55.00 for first session
• £45.00 for follow up session

Modified Pilates

Six Week Courses.

Introductory Charges

• £50.00 per course
