The Trust has a Visitors Charter (58KB PDF). This has been developed by the hospital and our Patients Forum to ensure that all patients are able to benefit from visitors whilst allowing time for rest and recovery. There is also a patients' charter that may be of interest.
It covers a wide range of areas:
If you need help in working out how to get to the hospital or find your way round when you arrive, see the section of this site about finding the hospital.
